PC SCROG 6 week flower i call it Blackberry

whats up everyone. I have been posting on here for a while, but have never actually had a grow journal. So i finally got a camera and thought id share what i have been working on.

Recently, I harvested 3 g13 haze and 2 blueberry plants. One of the plants went hermi (Almost positive it was a g13). Anyway, the hermi pollinated the other plants and i ended with like 20 seeds per plant. i was told that any seeds on the plants pollinated would be female but wanted to test it in a different flower room just in case it was hermy. I am using a pc case that i gutted and fastened a 70watt hps to the top. There is 1 outtake fan at the top. I have started using a form of a cool tube bc i am trying to get the buds as cool as possible to help them turn blue.

These first pics are 10 day flower after starting to train the branches on the screen.

Week 4 in flower. I started really pruning out a lot of the fan leaves to open more bud sites.

It is starting to get pretty blue. The buds go from like a dark purple to a pinkish where the hairs come out. Getting pretty excited about this.

I am using fox farms ferts with a little molasses. like i said i am keeping my temps cold as hell bc i have this going as well as 2 aurora indicas that i am trying to get nice and purple. With the lights out i have my house at about 60 degrees. haha, my girlfriend gets pissed bc she has to where a ton of layers when she is here.

how old were they when you stared flowering

Here are a few of the aurora indica. i have 2 at 41 days flowering. 1 is far more developed (90% cloudy, 5% amber/clear) then the other. the other one is like 6 inches taller with much bigger buds..I have a clone of each too and dont know which to keep for a mother

i vegged for about 4-5 weeks. cant really remember. 1 topped when there were 3 strong nodes (trimmed off a low node almost from get go bc had week growth). I did this bc my wire is 3 rows of rectangles. withh 3 nodes i could have one branch per row on the screen. once i flowered i put the screen on the pot. fasted it right to the pot by burning holes for the frame. the plant was just under the lowest point of the bowled screen when i flowered.

thanks man. it took a little while and i did kind of cheat on the veg. i had it in my veg room which has 2 ft t5 bulbs. I think that was the key. having a good dense, squat little plant and topping at the right time. I have been fiddling around with it for a while. used it for pollination of lowryders...but this is the first grow i am doing the entire flowering cycle in it

hey guys.

watered and gave nutes today.

little update and a couple pictures in the case. i dont know if you can see the clear piece of plexi glass in the case but it is my makeshift cool tube...tit bit ghetto i guess but it works. the exhaust is going out the top and fresh air comes in through the bottom just under canopy on the same side. this makes the air have to travel the entire canopy then past the light. at first i had one intake fan, but this just dried EvERYTHING too fast.

those buds are beautiful they look so frosty, and your screen goes perfectly in that case. how much longer are you gonna let her grow?

i would say 2-3 weeks. They are to the point where there starting to thicken into the fro-y white hairs and really crystalize.

it was a chicken fence i used to keep my dog out of a wet area in my yard. . i dont have pictures right now but ill take some when the lights come on. I have been out of town for the weekend so i havent deen the girls since thursday so i'll have updates tonight and some close ups of the fence and how i made it.

on another note, i planted 2 WW and a seed from the other BB crossed with G13 HAZE (blackberry) this morning. i am going to put the blackberry in the pc again just to make sure it will be feminized too. I am going to post pics of those start to finish

Thanks man. it was pretty easy to do also. the hard part was guessing when to flower to get it to fill the screen fully.

i took some pictures of the screen i used and how i put it together. basically i cut a long, skinny strip of the screen, and then used the extra length for the supports.

and i poked holes in the container lip (tuperware) to attach.

What did you use to make the cooled light? Where did you get the plexiglass, and is it safe for that high of temperatures?
