Would one plant be able to thrive in a small pc case .

Details
7inches wide 1.5ft tall
6x23w CFL 5000k
2 pc fans vent
seed from bag of reggie lol

also is it possible to use 2700k bulbs instead of 5000k

yes you can use 2700.

Is the kelvins or lumens that really matter?

ya 6500k Veg Or "daylight" they may say instead

I rather see the numbers...ie daylight may mean 5K and full daylight 6.5K for some manufacturers.In general warm (2700K) and daylight (6500K),should be no problems.
