Patients can no longer have a caregiver unless they cannot wipe their own butt

In another attempt to kill off caregivers the Dept of Health just passed new regulations stating that....

'If a patient does not require care-giver services other than the provision of medical marijuana, then the patient shall not designate a primary care-giver.'

The dispensary lobby and their cronies have done an excellent job in monopolizing this industry. If you patronize any dispensary you are part of the problem and giving more ammo for them to fuck with your rights and the constitution. This is exactly why I will not support any type of legalization that includes 100 different regulations along with it.
 
Wow I can't believe we really allowed them to push us in a corner like this and manipulate everything. I mean I don't see a SINGLE dispensary doing any of these chores for their patients.
 
thats how it is in cali as well.. if they dont need you to care after them... did why do they NEED you to make a profit off of them.. your just using medical mj as a way to justify your dealing..

I care give for 2 people .. My wifes grandma and my grandmother .. I also drive them to appointments do their yard work ect... I grow for them because they cant do it for themselves ..

WHY would you need to be a CAREGIVER for someone that is completely capable of growing for themselves?
 
I should add that I COMPLETELY agree about dispensaries .. personally when the cops raid them in cali .. i could care less.. most of them are just pawning off green house meds as indoor at a ridiculous rate!

Do you expect Pfizer to come suck you off just because they make Viagra and are are making billions each year? How about the pharmacist, do you regularly make such requests when you're picking up medication?

I dont know what your talking about .. Pfizer ??? What are you trying to do??? Follow the business plan that you can grow it for everyone and they buy it from you ..

I GROW because I can provide for myself at marginal cost.. thats the point of the laws...

People cant GROW their own Viagra.. So the argument is redundant ... All im saying is dispensaries and CAREGIVERS .. use the laws to exploit profits... I FULLY support caregivers .. if your growing for someone that cant grow their own.. But dont use med mj as a cover up for dealing...

You can grow plenty and extra to " donate" within the regulations ....

BASICALLY .. what im trying to say .. if a person is physically and mentally capable to grow there own... they should .. that is the whole reason for using medical MJ instead of prescription drugs.... safer cheaper effective alternative.

SEEMS you have self interest and want the "law" to protect them??? which makes you no different the a dispensary ( prob just dont have the funding to open one)
 
Look at the simple fact that the majority of the people do not need anybody to do their chores! before you get all high and mighty. You might do that but the dispense doesn't and won't so shove your argument back down your throat and think about what it really means before you spout your arrogant bullshit.. It's simply manipulation of the market. just like corruption everywhere. If the dispenses aren't gonna do or be required to do it. Then why is it okay for them to push caregivers out of the market??? I mean you even said yourself that the dispenses push the caregivers crop at an inflated price. You can't see the double standard here??? and as for a profit you should be taking care of your patients because they're your family not patients, electricity is expensive, and who said anything about profiting??? Plus it's not like if your physically able to grow you can. Maybe they dont have the means to grow? or aren't allowed for reasons like renting or maybe they just plain suck at growing and would rather pay for it! Why should they only be allowed to pay a dispensary but not a caregiver???
 
Sorry if I came across as high and mighty .. but its my opinion ... BUTTT I will say .. I COMPLETELY agree that the dispensaries shouldnt exist at all.. they are the ones SEVERELY profiting and exploiting the market.

SO if your arguement is that the dispensaries need to be held to the same standards.. I AGREE! and apoligize if you thought I didnt


But I also believe that the caregiver thing is ABUSED completely!
 
To each his own.
Caregiver = bureaucratic word for drug dealer.

edit: I personally look at it like a medicine man providing, but the reality is it's now a license to sell.
 
What about those of us that are perfectly capable of growing, but have kids? Ask Child Protective Services how they feel about that. There are still people being tried for child abuse for their "fully legal" gardens.
 
Yeah, have Social Services come to your house and try to tell them that. I will not go into details, but i know first hand that just a rumor of a grow will have Child Protective Services at your door within hours. I know several people who have gone up on child abuse charges with fully locked rooms, and others who never even had CPS show up after the cops found their grow. But do not believe that just because a door is locked that CPS will not mess with you, because they WILL!
Incidentally the child abuse laws have not changed since the introduction of MMJ, so regardless what Amendment 20 and the dozens of house bills that go with it say, the child abuse law still has plenty of right to come crashing down on you.
 
When they came to my house.. they just said make sure the door remains locked and dont smoke in the kids living area's.. treat it as a bottle of vicadin... no biggie. But im in Cali
 
it makes it real shitty when we got people on the inside of our team fuckin it up for us im from michigan n theres no way id go to a dispensary out here most of em dont know what there talkn about an have shit premature weed for 3 400 dollars an oz
