Paranoid, control-freak, noob grow

I apologize in advance if I could have found some answers by more thoroughly scouring the boards. There's so much to learn it's overwhelming! This is my first grow, it started horribly as I was unexpectedly handed a bunch of seedlings and was thus unprepared. I've been anticipating catastrophe from the start. Things were going way better than expected for a while--all things considered--but in the past few days things have taken enough of a turn to make me uneasy.

Firstly, this is an outdoor grow. Lately my watering schedule has gone out the window on account of all the rain we've been getting. One plant showed signs of over watering about a week or so ago so they've only been manually watered once.

Last week I noticed some holes in the leaves and sprinkled some Bug-B-Gon Garden Dust on everything because it was all I had on hand. Pretty sure I spotted signs of both Aphids and Spider Mites. I would appreciate any pesticide suggestions that could be locally sourced. Ordering online means hiding the plants from the delivery person and doing so usually means moving them somewhere shaded.

The plants are around a month old, preflouring (so maybe closer to 6 weeks?) and other than what appears to be mostly over watering and pest damage seem to be doing okay. Again, due to how this was sprung on me I had little time to research my soil and nutes beforehand, thought "tomatoes" and grabbed Miracle Gro stuff: Soil, Nutes

I used a light hand with the Shake n Feed crap because I knew it would be easy to over do it. Again, any alternatives that could be easily sourced locally would be greatly appreciated.

I also recently added some composted plant material left over from a batch of VG tincture... and adjusted the LST ties hoping to more efficiently distribute light... and trimmed some dying tips to save the rest of the leaf.

Ultimately I know my first grow probably won't be anything special but I'd like it to be fruitful enough that I can be self-sustaining until I can setup a passable indoor grow area. That doesn't stop me from being paranoid I'm fucking it up :P

I think your plants look fine for 4-6 weeks. The soil looks nice and healthy and your leaves look like a plant that I have that came free from Nirvana and don't know the strain. It looks and acts differently from the other plants. Do you know the strain of these?
