Pale-yellow-spots

my babies are about 12 days old and are about 3-4 inches tall and the leaves are starting to get these spots (some at the tips and some all over) they are a very pale kinda yellowish color..... can any1 help

Any chance of any pictures?

What kind of pots are they in and how much and often are you watering them?
