I found a mildew and mold resistant flat white paint, should i use this to paint my grow box 2 - 3 coates and then use bleach with water to disinfect ?

Yea, that's what I use. They're like 1.75 a pop, and I've never had any problem. It seems to work just as well as mylar.

Are they pre existing painted wall's?
Do you have some pic's. We all like pic's.
If you use kilz then use the water base. Then cover it with 2 coat's Flat white.
Then let the room air out for atleast a weak preferably 2.
Remember that the weed plant leaches chemical's from any surounding area's.
Google marijuana at chernoble. A real cool story IMO.

well my box is made out of 2x4's, and 3/8's ply wood, its 3x3x4

Why not use drywall?
It is about 6$ to 8$ for an 4x8 sheet.
