I should prob take a shit in their backyard tonight lol
No that would be trespassing. Just toss it over the fence like they did with the paint. And only if you're in a legal state. If not you probably shouldn't have plants where the neighbor can see them while they're peeking into your yard through the cracks in the fence.

I had a neighbor that was a real piece of work. I once caught him in my front yard trampling my Helleborus and Hosta's to pull up a dandelion. I asked him politely what he was doing and he went on some dumb tirade about my weeds getting into his yard. About ten seconds into his profanity laced tirade I told him to get the hell out of my yard. He kept running his mouth so I made a comment about his life expectancy and started towards him. He probably moved faster than he had in a decade and ran inside his house. Twenty minutes later I hear a knock on the door and it's Portland Police. I explain what happened, showed them the trampled plants and the damn dandelion he ripped up, told them exactly what I said, and they started laughing. I was glad to see that guy move and a nice young Vietnamese couple move in.

But before he moved I was going to dig a three foot deep trench for about 20 feet along the fence and line my side with a root barrier and then plant bamboo that spreads.

Reminds me of when I was a kid. We had a neighbor, old people, that were so concerned about their grass. They would train their miniature dogs to shit on the side walk! They would yell at us kids for being on the sidewalk when going to and from school. Well one day I found some stuff my dad had to kill anything that grows (for use on concrete cracks and gravel surfaces) I snuck up to his house one night and poured the concentrated stuff in the words "fuck off" in his yard, big and bold. They were very displeased and since they were mean to every kid in the hood they couldn't figure out who did it. They tossed out grass seed, of course it didn't grow. They tried sod, that died. lol they were stuck with that for years.

I'm a professional painter and I will tell you that it couldn't be done unless it was on purpose, the roller will slide if you move it too quick and slapping a brush will only go on the ground directly below it you couldn't do that unless you did it on purpose.
Ive seen some shitty attempts at painting fences in my time. I mean if he overloads a rad roller and slaps it across the top of the fence quick enough I could see a lot of mess happening. Fence paint must be the most piss thin of all paints.

It is thin maybe if the plants were that close it even get through the cracks, maybe

He has a paint brush. Not a roller. I asked him to be careful if he paints because he got paint all over my plants. He’s like. Oh I’m not painting over there anymore. I told him cool, but next time be careful because he got it all over( I may have over exaggerated lol) but this fucker didn’t say sorry or anything. Damn old man. He has a dog and I have a dog... much bigger. Lol I may collect some shit and toss some over every couple days lol
I heard that vinegar and water can help break some oils up on the paint and plant. I’m gonna try that tonight when it cools down
