Pacific seedbank?

Every pollen chucker in America is trying to cash in on seeds. I know nothing of Pacific Seed Bank but people should be cautious purchasing anything from all these new outlets. Heck, I can make a website and sell seeds I make and call them anything I want. I can even duplicate breeder packaging fairly easy. What is anyone going to do? Contact the US government and claim you're pirating their product? Cannabis is illegal at the federal level. Currently people are free do do whatever they want without any fear of enforcement. Best to stick with established seed banks that have been in business for years and have proven relationships with the actual breeders. All these new places with new strains? Never going to get my money. I have mainly used Sensible seeds since they have been around a long time, have the largest selection of well established breeders and shipments arrive in the US from the UK in under a week.
That may be good advice in the case of Pacific Seeds.

Although even if Pacific seeds turns out to be a flop quality wise or even an outright scam and they never ship anything, I'm not willing to condemn every other new company. A lot of domestic US companies have come around in the last couple of years that people are very pleased with and somebody had to try them out first.

For me, it's sort of a matter of who will take a risk and report the results back honestly to places like this.

For the record, so far I'm not impressed with Pacific "your payment has not been received yet, we're swamped" etc. But, at least they have responded. I'm going to ride it out until next week and if they still don't have any news on whether they have my payment, I'll look into cancelling the money order and take the hit. Sad thing is, I was most interested in seeing if their seeds were at least copies made from the "real thing".

So it has been some time since I last posted here. I am about to start flowering my plants from PacificSeedBank. Since then, if you look up cannatonic on PacificSeedBank they are no longer claiming Cannatonic is from Resin Seeds. Seems like they got served and a loophole is taking Resin Seed branding off of their site.

Yeah Ms.FunCatLady2017, That is where Resin Seeds sent me to. I have the real Cannatonic on the way. As for the rest of my plants i got from Pacific Seed Bank. I am not even sure they are what they say they are. Maybe I will call mine Z37101. From PacificSeedBank... LOL
Great idea! The 3 "Cinex" probably aren't real Cinex. I have found photos of the real leaf structure and they don't match. I just hope they are a good smoke. The White Widow seems like the real deal. Flipping tomorrow so I will know in 55 to 60 days.

Never dealing with this vendor again.

I think you may be making the right choice. All I got was bot e-mail replies and no answer (on hold forever) from their phone line. Never got any seeds.

Hopefully your plants will turn out well for you. Please let us know when they're done?

I flipped to flower today. The plants right now are doing extremely well and the growth is amazing. I will post some pics in a week or two. Thanks for the good wishes.

The White Widow is doing extremely well.

I also ordered seeds from pacific seed bank. My seeds came really fast. All 12 seeds popped. I bought trainwreck, afghan kush, herijuana, space queen, kosher kush. Has anyone finished flowering and smoked the buds from this seedbank? I'm really sweating it now. I was paranoid about customs and seeds getting lost in the mail thats why i didn't order from uk or canada. But now I'm worried all my hard work building my green house, mixing soil, etc, is all gonna be wasted effort if the genetics are not what pacific seed bank says they are.

So far they look alright. I flipped mine about a week ago, and have more clones on the way and so on. I also got the real cannatonic so I will be able to compare. I got all feminized seeds, and I am about 80% sure they are all Female. Ill keep you posted.

So the plants that I got from Pacific Seedbank are looking pretty good. They are all female, which is good because I ordered all Feminized Seeds. In my experience no matter what strain they ALWAYS look different from different sources. That is Phenotype's, right? So I am baffled how how you can claim ONE strain is this that and the other, especially when I go to 5 different places and get the same strain, from very highly regarded sources, that all claim they are 100% legitimate, and know they have the right genetics. And when growing them they are all different. With that said, I am a firm believer if you find something you can grow well, it is worth gold. Keep it, and it really does not matter what label you put on it. I suppose this is a subject for a different area of this site. Nonetheless here are a couple pictures. They have a bit longer to go. Hope all of you get as good if not better results.

I order AC/DC from them and am very happy with the service and quality. all 5 seeds grew and produced a nice harvest. if I had to find something to complain about it is that I think the THC content is a little higher than 2%. of course I never tried mixing CBD with THC but they seem to improve the effectiveness of each other I plan on ordering more AC/DC seeds and some northern lights from them.

That is my Problem as well Mauricem00. What I got and what it might really actually be are likely different. It is safe to say that the seeds Pacific Seed Bank are sending are good. My problem with them is that they are not what they say they are. I got ACDC and Cannatonic expecting to get strains that are High CBD because I am growing medicine. Based off what you say, and what I see in the strains I am growing... There is no telling if they are really that strain. I suppose I need to get my weed tested. But like you, I dont think it is 30-1 CBD to THC. If I ever get it tested I will let you all know. The bud looks pretty good though. This is some Skywalker OG

I have decided not to grow any more "high CBD" strains due to this uncertainty. instead I am buying CBD from here https://www.lazarusnaturals.com/shop and just growing the SSH that has been effective in managing my osteoarthritis. this company provide high quality CBD tested by an independent lab for purity (no heavy metals) and potency. they give a discount to military and disabled so I can buy 2 -6000 mg bottles for $80 dollars each per month .that 240 -50mg doses for $160 can't beat that for top quality organically grown CBD

It says DJ Short
I'm sorry I wasn't clear.

Somebody affiliated with Pacific seeds may have made feminized seeds using regular seed stock that originated from DJ Short etc. The Pacific seeds version may or may not be a close approximation of what DJ Short produces, but it's likely they'll be variations.

That's not to imply, that DJ Short is affiliated with Pacific seeds, seeds he produced might be though. It happens.
