Overnute or?

So the plants are doing good, growing about an inch every 2 days now but im concerned with this leaf curling and clawing. Some twist around like a spiral and some are deformed, while others claw a bit. the new leaves are the worst with all the spiraling and clawlike symptoms. Tell me what you think. Not burned, fed 2 times in 9 days Age Old Grow npk 12-6-6 half str. Plan on doing reg water tomarrow as it will be time for water. In FFoF, ph was at 7.0 last i checked. no deficiencies i can see.

6.5 is average what lights you using seems like it is wilting a bit what is your temp and soil and is there air circulating??

Bud, I can give a guess as well as anyone else out there. You gave photo's which is very cool, but zero info on what conditions the plants are in. I almost could see what the temps were on the temp gauge.

Temps, PH, Humidity, type of lights and how much and how close. All the info you can think of.

One photo looked like heat stress, But after looking at all the other photos I do not think this is the trouble. You have SOME very dark green leafs, with almost yellow new growth. I think what you have done is over fed them or got the PH of the medium out of wack to where the plant is fighting to get the correct amount of each nutrient. It is like you were over feeding them, causeing the really dark green leafs, this cause salt build up which spiked the PH locking out some of the nutrients. But hey, Like I said. With out more information it is just a guess. Hell Like I always say, Aliens might have came down and piss'd on your plants giving them intergalactic space fungus.

Mre info would be very helpful, and check the PH of the medium or the Run off. If you get the PH of the run off make sure it is not from the start of the run off or the end. Get a good representative sample. If I am checking from run off, I usually get at least 1/3 of a gallon of run off and mix it, and sample that, never taking the sample from the very top of the water, where you get that microscopic film of stuff you can never see. It gathers there from surface tension. So put the little container under the water, swich it around then place your thumb over it. You get this info and someone will get you dialed right in. Those plants are very fixable. Either that or we could make sandwhiches out of them. lol they look kind of like fresh lettuce.

Dude, He is growing in Soil. Even in the hot and dry desert I never fed once every other day. Am I missing something here?

Hey Clarion, This is not the trouble here at all. But you really should not have pots that are a cloudy white. If I can see where the level of the soil is from the outside, then light is getting into that soil to allow me to see it. Which means that when your roots expand out to that area they will be hit by defused light, which is niot to good for them. But better then direct light.

Hey Booyah, I have had crops of Nirvanna Ice growing for about a year now. It is a very solid good tasting smoke. I checked out your grow journal. I noticed you said you were useing and ebb and flow system with soiless medium. Also called a flood and drain system. When I had my flood and drain system running I fed my plants 3 times a day.

If what I read is true, and if you are trying to get this guy to feed his plants as you are in your system, you are basically murdering his plants. Also, if what I read is true, then feed them more often.

wow dude... don't get bent all out of shape... My mother plants are in soil. Don't assume by doing a search of my grow (kinda pathetic) that I was giving info based on that.

You did not say your mother. You said THEIR kicking ass which means a number of them. Not meaning to piss on your parade here at all. It is just that if this guy feeds his plants every two days. I see them going POOF!

On a side note, you do have some nice crystals showing. Not sure if you have harvested any of the ICE before, but it will sparkle a lot in the light after cured also.

He was just asking for advice...I was giving my opinion and if I was wrong thats cool, I'm not an expert but they looked a little thirsty, my mother plants in soil often curl a bit downward when they are thirty then perk up right away. Thats cool about the ICE... I'm looking forward to hitting it up!!

HAHAHAHAHA. you got to be shitting me? I lived in Las Vegas for 6 years, and have old journals in here stressing over the freaky 118 degree heat with 5% humidity and flipping out over the high elect bills.
But No, I never grew in soil there. It was all Hydro or Coco, Dain to waste. Because the dry heat would dry out my soil faster then usual, which freaked out my salts and PH. So I flipped to hydro first, then moved to Coco. Which I have stuck with for about 4 years now.

So let me know how you know I never grew weed in a hot and dry desert condition.

18/6 Temps stay at 77-80 degrees lights on and 70 lights off. humidity is 50-70% depending if I just watered or not. 600w HPS aircooled with a 6" hydrofarm 400cfm vortex exhaust fan. Room is 4 1/2' h 5' w 3' d FFoF soil with 30% perlite mixed in. Plants are between 6-9" pots are 1 1/4 gal with about 20 holes drilled strategically around the bottom and underside i water with a quart every 4-5 days the last 2 waterings I started 1/2 str nutes as I was getting a K deficiency which has since cleared up and growth has returned. ph of my runoff was 7.0 last i checked a week or 2 ago. anything else?

Its funny, where I live with 118F and 5% humidity I water every other day, because its hot. Thats normally what people do when its hot, water their plants so they dont die. Especially when the hygrometer gets low by the afternoon of the morning you feed them.

Watering every other day is totally fine. Your just like every other know-it-all wanna-be-gangster prick on this site who thinks they know everything about growing because they grew some bagseed in their closet once. This is why you have exactly 0 well known breeders, growers, and as far as I can tell no known affiliates with any dispensaries on this particular forum. Any other forum has people lining up to affiliate, nobody wants to associate with this shit site.

Good thing this site is a pretty well known fed hangout or I would actually care. Shame though I wont read it as I am leaving this sad excuse for a site. Tried to spread some wisdom from a real grower from a real forum (who joined here after a real grower forum talked so much shit about this site that I felt bad and found my account and tried to help some noobs) but instead little dickshits like you try to act all high and mighty. It's not lack of water, they droop straight down when there is
no water. You have the claw droop that's usually over watering or you
just fed with two many ppm's! Or do yo check ppm's?

Plants have been small like this for a while now, there is somthing you are doing or not doing. I would seriously question the basics again, is this overwatering?

Have you used dedicated cal/mag supplements?

Try changing soil and nutes for next grow.

Have you ensured that water is 200ppm to allow cal/mag supply and have you taken care of pH by simply mixing in lime with soil before planting.

I see a very small list to work through if you havent, need to sort these plants and get them healthy soon dude. Peace
