Over watering or Nitrogen Toxicity ? help

Hello, i have one plant growing at the moment and when i woke up this morning i noticed a problem.

I believe its Over watering but not sure because it has rained every other day and it was until last night after i fed that this happened, i fed it last night for the first time (fox farm trio) its currently in ocean forest soil.

It's in it's 3rd week and i was reading online and was told not to feed until 3 week's into it.

Let it dry out, it looks like overwatering to me.

OCean Forest has enough in it that you can get away without feeding it for a while. It looks very small for 3 weeks and looks to be overwatered. Otherwise the leaves look healthy enough without any burn so let it dry and you should be okay.

It is not N toxic...
Once you plant... let it go...
NO FEED for a while....
Nutes/Ferts are in your soil, do you understand that?
Adding more nutes/ferts at this time is unnecessary, because your soil is good....
Add nutes/ferts when plant gets 8" tall [it will then have a root system]...
So, for now, aerate soil, leave it alone, no water for a day or two...
Less is more, let your tiny roots reach down to bottom of pot for water...
When you do ad nutes/ferts add them in 1/4 strength for a week...
if every thing [plants likes it] goes good, up dose to 1/2 the second week...
and so on...
Every problem you have can be traced back to what you do wrong 7-10 days prior....
