I am sorry to here about your issues.. it sounds like you have the issue pinned.. you have over watered?
you need to transplant and use a medium that is 30% perlite and 70% soil... perlite does not hold water and will help aerate your roots..
over watering is a serious and common problem with new growers..
YOU SHOULD WATER A LOT OF QUANITY... BUT WITH VERY LITTLE FREQUENCY..
MEANING, YOU SHOULD FLOOD YOUR SOIL.. AND THEN LET IT DRY OUT.. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS.... AS LONG AS YOU PLANT LOOKS GOOD AND THERE IS MOISTURE IN YOUR SOIL.. DO NOT WATER!!!
