Over watering and/or under feeding??

I have 8 sweet tooth seedlings (4 weeks old) in a 4x8 ebb and flow. I burned them a bit about 10 days ago with the seedling strength of H&G nutes. Flushed with well water (125 ppm) for the last 10 days. I flood for 20 mins 3x/day. Ph 5.8
The plants seems to be growing slowly and are all kinda pale green/yellow. The water is now at 200 ppm (no nutes added). Should I back off to flooding 2x/day? It's abou time for a change out, should i add some nutes? are they hungry?
And what's up with those odd brown spots??
Thanks a lot!

You flushed for 10 days? I'm thinking maybe feed if you flushed for 10 days with plain water. If it don't need to be fed maybe a possible ph issue or both:eyesmoke:

I have a water softener, I think I've been poisoning my plants their entire little lives (4 weeks). I bypassed the water softener and added nutes for seedlings (2.5 ml/gal). At 175-200 ppm the plants we really sick looking, different from the nute burn from 10 days ago, pretty sure the nute burn was from adding nutes to the water softener Water. I replaced all the water and now I'm crossing my fingers
