over watered???

i think i just gave my plants too much water. i just poored some and now the leaves are a little droopy. any way to quickly salvage this situation???
 
You cant over water with just one watering.

Wait until the top two inches of the soil are dry before you water each time. Until the your plant gets pretty big in a small pot it doesn't need to be watered a lot
 
pics? how old are they? if they are young in a big pot you can carefully take out as much soil as you can and replace it with dry soil... ive done it works... but if your soil drains well itll come back around... i over watered some my first time lol... but pix man pix
