Over-watered? weird lookin

hey there guys

These are my girls, they are sick and I have not been able to get them back in shape after 5 days now. I'll give the background of this week and the environment below:

Environment(for now)

Fogponic grow
single node atomizer (don't know what schedule to put it on? ideas?)
12 gal. tub
2.5 gal. water
ph 5.8
no nutes in water
(don't have temp and humid gauge yet) but 71 F in my apt.
300W LED light ~30in away (24hr light sched)

Background

11/14/16 - Was cleaning the tub b/c it smelled like algae & ended up leaving roots out too long which caused the leaves to sag & partial browning in roots(root rot? pictures in my grow journal if interested)
11/15/16 - added ~1.5 quarts of water with 1 teaspoon of "Dyna-gro Grow" (previous feeding was 11/11/16)
11/16/16 - Leaves sagging as though over-watered. New leaves dark green, older leaves yellowing started
** the next 5 days I manually altered the fogger on and off every couple hours and set the light to 18-4 to try and fix what I thought was over-watering ** p.s that bleached spot on the smallest plant I think was from when one day I moved the light 12 inches away from plants? **
11/22/16 - water found to be at a 7.3 ph and plants looked worse so water was changed to make sure all nutes were gone, this time it is distilled water I bought and used lemon juice to ph it down to 5.8.

Plants look over-watered but nutrient deficient to me, is that a thing or am I smoking too much of my stuff? I waited 5 days to post anything because usually it take 5 or so days to see plants coming back from over-watering....Need some advice on what I should do, don't know if what I did was best?

Heres my experimental grow journal if you wanna follow https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/budbob-spliffpants.951201/

You've got Root rot. You shouldn't have any over water issues in a setup like you're running. Unless you can fix the root rot you're going to lose out on this run.
