Over Watered Rockwool, Need Help

Hello,
About 10 days ago on my first attemt at a hydro system, using 6" rockwool in mesh pots on a layer of clay pellets, I over watered the rockwool thinking I was suppose to water them twice a day for 15min each! I know I know, misinformed, plus I think the rockwool actually submerged in the flood (maybe 1/2") so the cubes were soaked.
The first image is soon after, you can see they are sad

I have since raised the cubes above flood line and stopped watering until they felt fairly dry, maybe a little damp... then flooded the table once a day for 5 min
1000w MH
Using GH a+b
PPM about 900 (tap starts at 650!)
PH 5.8
Room temp between 72-26f
RH 45-55%

As you can see the plants still look very yellow and sad, not sure what I need to do, some of the lower fan leaves are turning yellow and dying and growth is slow.

any suggestions would be appreciated!

with your rockwool cubes, the perfect amount of water in them is when you pick up the cube, gently squeeze it on 2 sides and if you see a film of water develop on the bottom then its perfect. A suggestion, get some Superthrive, 1 drop in a gallon and feed them, they will recover fast and go a nice green color.

Im afraid to lift the cubes out because im not sure if they have rooted into the pellets yet... I also added a layer of pellets on top of the cubes because I heard you should not let the rockwool get exposed to the light is this true?
I will definitely look into son Superthrive, Thanks!!

they need more N fo sho. but they look really good. outside the yellow color
Thanks! I added more N recently, I keep waiting for them to turn a darker green and look more healthy but maybe I just need to wait longer. I also have a height restriction so I was hoping to switch them at 12" (they are about 9 now) but I don't want to if they still look this yellow, what do you think?

yes overwatered, see how they go with only 5mins a day, maybe thats enough. Also keep that big mh at 3 feet above for those little plants.
rough way you can get some idea with those rw cubes, should weigh only about 20g just before flooding is due.
