Outtta Control! 3rd Week Flower

ok so 1 of the plants is outta control. blocking the light for the other 2. i tried to move the net pot to allow for more light and found that the largest of the 3 is lopsided. i tied off the base to keep the plant groing straight but the lopsided is extreme.
if i leve her tied of this way, will the branches eventually pull themselves upright to go towards the light? what should i do?!?!
also, since the lower buds are never going to be anywhere near the completion of the tops(light penetration), can i second harvest and also, how?

ide just take the top and tie it off on the back right wall should give it enough time to finsh and if it goes past the light shit happens still will be good and itll free up light for the bottom to rise if u top itll force a little more power to the bottom and itll come up even higher but itll set you back a few

oh you mean that. well I had the same problem at about the same time (well just a few days earlier). see in my sig what I did and how it worked.
