Outside to inside?

I've got a fully mature outside girl an I want to cut the bud off and regrow it inside. Could someone help me step by step on how to do this?

I assume it is too late to get a clone? I would cut all the buds off and try to reveg inside. be ready for critters in the soil but if you dont have a full garden in there I wouldnt worry. I
