What might cause the outer 1mm of a leaf to turn up 90° on a healthy plant?

Pic would help but heat stress or possibly an early sign of calcium deficiency if upper leaves.

Thanks. Interesting that your the one to reply, I stumbled on some of your posts while searching. Temps are around 76F / 25C.

If that’s right over the leaves then you should be fine assuming plenty of airflow.

Maybe watering frequency or nutrients then.
