Outdoor Vermont, Bagseed

Heya Rollitup! So I'm really baked right now and figured why not upload some pics of my first grow. Plus I never really see anyone post outdoor journals from the good 'ole green mountain state :peace:.

Anyways, all the plants were started outside from seeds I got from various sacs. Some were better than others. There are 6 plants I started May 15th, 8 on June 1st, and 20 I started June 15th. I never planned to space the plantings out evenly over 15 day stretches it just happened that way. I guesse I buy weed (get seeds =p) twice a month lol :joint:.

To sum up the status of my garden, the 6 oldest and biggest are basically the worst looking. I was anxious and just threw them in some soil out in the woods ...If i had only waited...Anyways, the rest are all in pots (pots that are too small, i know) and they are doing splendidly. I think the problem with the ones in the ground is the PH is too high and thats leading to nutrient problems. I've tried things to lower the soil PH but haven't had much success. Besides that, however, the only other problem has been the near constant rain up here, and of course, those little bastards called slugs.

Here are some pics!! Thanks for reading, I will update sometime soon. :weed::weed::peace:

You are the first post from Vermont that I've seen. Will you beat the frost?I'm in mich. What do you have there?Looks like a indica sativa cross. They look pretty good. Kind of look like what I have.....oh...gl!

Stopped by to check the grow I have to say you do have a garden there and all from bag seed. Hopefully you get your ph worked out and get a nice return good luck:peace:

olishell brings up a good point about the frost.... i lost some of mine to it last year... do you think we are going to make it, i would say we get frost at about the same time, maybe you a little sooner though becuase your closer to canada

Hey there Vermonter, are you still around? How did this work out for ya? I've only grown outdoors here once (montpelier area) and only got like a half ounce of a seven foot tree, not sure what I did wrong. Had no idea what I was doing though... interested to see how your harvest went, when you pulled it, etc. It is tough, this summer was particularly bad weather wise (shitty july) mine was in summer 05 which as I remember was much sunnier than this summer. Be well, and hope you're enjoying this indian summer if you're still around vt.

Ive grown a couple times in vermont, with last season being the worst. July we had over 6 inches of rain!...I had great success in 2008 yielding far more than I expected, This year I left some out and they got hit with frost over 4-5 times, and when I got to them they were still strong, clearly not growing anymore due to the cold, but were all glanded up..some beautiful plants if I dont say so myself. Heres a few from the 2009 season...Hope ya'll enjoy
