If you plant a seed in late April it will veg until June 21 then start flowering, because from then the days are getting shorter and its the plants way of reproducing.
Is this correct???
Whens the earliest you should put a plant outside to start vegging??

sort of, it takes a bit longer than right after june 21 to stop vegging and start flowering though, your right on all your reasoning its just it takes a month or so of nights getting longer to trigger it outside usually, or longersometimes but not normally. normally mid to late july around here. Putting them out in late april sounds good to me, as for the earliest im not totally sure about your area and it can be somewhat strain dependent.
