Outdoor to Indoor. Unidentified Ladies

1st grow- About mid summer I found out my dad threw some unknown seeds from his weed outside in some crappy soil behind my house with bad lighting. After 5 plants sprouted, I planted them into 3-5 gal. pots with some good soil (perlite, potting soil, peatmoss) and gave them some sun. 1 plant died off, 2 became males, and 2 became females. I figured since frost was a few weeks away I should buy indoor lights, so I bought a
--600w enclosed cool tube
--1 Metal Halide, 1 HPS bulb
--Dimmable Digital Ballast

Ok, the lights came and I finally set up my grow closet(4'x6'x7') I've kept them on a 18/6 MH for two weeks to increase leaf growth and they started bushing out nicely. I then went to a 12/12 to promote flowering but I ran into a prob...leaking light in during the dark hrs sending the plants back to veg. FML!!. I'm sealing the room and trying flowering again. 2 questions before I move on is how to get my plants stems to stretch a bit because the leaves are overtaking and how to figure out what strain these 2 are.
