Outdoor power kush not looking good

hello yall,
heres some info:
-Outdoor dinafem power kush
-transplanted from 1 gallon pot to 8 gallon hole in the woods
-fox farms ocean forest and nutrients
-currently doing about 1 tsp per gallon of grow big and a tbp of big bloom

She was showing signs of bugs with little holes munched out of the leaves. got some black spots too. She just isn't looking too healthy. picture attached.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
