Outdoor plant questions..

Im curious to if anyone has put a ton of plants outdoors in May that are allready 2 feet tall? How big would they be at harvest? Im going to use a OG Kush cross with Purpal Napal.

I dont know how far apart they need to be either. 2 sqft apart good enough? The location get plenty of sun..
