Outdoor plant issue

I grow indoor, had 1 plant to many for my 5 x 5. So put this plant out on my deck. Felt after a month I would put her in the ground. She was fine for 3 weeks. Then I watered with sea weed extract and 1/2 teaspoon cal/mag. All was still good then, 2 days later we get the rain storm from hell. The next day the top 4 large fan leafs were this neon light green as well as all new growth. Now as you can see the top 4 fan leafs are 95% back to normal. However, the new growth is still neon green. Not sure on this one as to it's possibly of bouncing back. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Normally I would say the new growth is yellow because it’s growing quick, but that looks like a problem… The plant looks hungry to me.
