Outdoor plant is flowering weird

Look at this plant. Looks weird and nothing like others I see on the forum. Something must be wrong with this. Started to flower in April and now its stretching more, making the flower smaller and plant is much bigger.

My question is this

What is it going though?
And if I can fix her, what can be done?

It has reveged. It means that it started to flower but started vegging again. She will fix her self but smaller yield in the and. I think this is it. but not sure.

looks like its stuck in the pre-flowering phase, just let it run it's course, the buds will get fatter as it nears the end of it's life

Since when do you get a smaller yeild off a revegged female?

I have a couple of this one's twins! I have 3 plants that I started the same time with my WW's. The WW's finished out nicely (outdoors), but these are covered with tiny buds and single leaves. I hope there is someone out there who can give us a more assured answer!
