Ok so i want to grow out in the woods on the east coast. I want to set it up so i dont have to check it or water it anymore than i have to. I want to grow about 6-12 plants how long you think i should start them inside for? What should i use for soil, ill prob get some FF nutes. What should i use to start and keep them in i know it should be big so it wont stop it from getting to full potential. Any good ideas on watering it or setting something up to release small amounts of water so i dont have to water as much. Also any suggestions on strains good for outdoor growing and surviving stress. Any tips or suggestions are welcomed.
Thank you for the info.

get a Hawaiian punch container at the store drink it or pour it out wash it fill it with water put a small hole into the bottom so it just drips out not run out then put it next to you plant and they will slowly get water all day you should veg them for about a month and strain Barny farms lsd is nice and its also mold and Disease Resistant hope this helps

Happy Growing

I know that there is a soil amendment you can add to help hold water. If you do not want to water as often keep the soil a little thick.

soil moist can be used, it works decent, can be pricey but a grow this size it would be a good option... With that many plants it shouldnt be a problem to check them fairly frequently, pinch those tops as much as possible b4 they start to flower to get the most out of the harvest

You'll get enough rain most years, you won't have to worry about watering the plants once they're established. The soil in a broadleaf forest is a deep layer of humus, but the first 6-10 inches can be acidic. There are two ways to deal with it,use a small hand rake to clear the decomposing leaf down to the dark humus. Run a pH test on the humus,if it's above say,5.5,you don't have to do a thing to it. If it's below that add a little ground limestone to bring the pH up.

The soil is going to be rich enough on it's own to grow good weed, but you can work in the manure of your choice if you're worried. Finding a spot that get's 5-6 hours minimum of direct sunlight is the key to growing in the woods.

BTW,if you're using a clearing, plant on the edges. It makes it tougher for helicopter jocks to spot. In the middle of a clearing it's going stand out like a sore thumb from above.
