outdoor flowering question

just curious... maybe i dident know what i was gittin into with planting a couple plants in my arden but they are about 4 or 5 feet tall and i keep plucking the ends trying to slow its growth but anyhoo how much longer till they start to flower? after this i think ill stick to inside... hehe ohh well... they arent even showing sex yet...

Depends on the strain you are growing.
Generally, most plants can be forced to flower if introduced to a 12/12 light cycle.

yah i understand the force flower but im cureous about when i will generaly start flowering outside.. there is relly no way to do 12/12 outside that i know of

dont know the strane its just some seeds a firend brought me a whole prescription bottle full of seeds

Depending where you live, the days will naturally calibrate to the 12/12 cycle as days get shorter, towards winter time.
This is when they will show sex.
