outdoor cones still nuggin june!

i live in eastern ohio and my indica is still flowering, i cut clones off and they still flower but i hate to fuck up a genetic . why wont it stop flowering?

maybe not getting enough light? how bad are they budding? ive seen plants have white hairs comin out til mid june then going back into full veg for a lil bit.

yea was def too early to put outside then, but they are veggin out now. But was wondering cuz they are under trees and shit so they dont get like an outstanding amount of sunlight. But the sun peeks in and out throughout the day, if theyll be OK for flower time?
