Outdoor Bagseed Grow Spots on Leaves?

I found a seed in the bottom of an ounce I got from a friend. On a whim I decided to germinate it and start it indoors. I started it in late May/early June until it got too tall for my tiny grow setup indoors by late June/early July. It was showing signs of heat stress from being too close to the lighting fixture that I could not raise any higher so I decided to move it outside. The climate where I live has been very humid/muggy and about 85-95F pretty consistently since it has been moved outside. It is in a self-watering pot close to a Basil plant, a Hydrangea bush, and a few Cherry Tomato plants. The soil I am using outdoors is Pro-Mix Potting Soil and the fertilizer I am using is Bonide Root & Grow Plant Starter (picture of it in the link of images below). For the past couple weeks I have noticed spots forming on the leaves, especially the older/lower leaves. I suspect the PH might be a tad high but unfortunately my electronic PH tester is no longer working. I am using city tap water and what little rain water we've had to water the plant. I mixed in some Worm Castings a week ago and the spots are not as pronounced on the newer leaves near the top of the plant, but still forming. The plant has not begun to flower yet, it still just keeps growing taller and taller. I am not new to gardening but I am new to growing Cannabis. Any help, advice, etc. would be greatly appreciated!
