outdoor and indoor is it safe?HELP

i`m growing some thc bomb and mazarXafgani and my plants are starting to flower 30 days from seed, I wanted to know if its safe to have them outside all day then at night put under a 400 watt MH revert them back to veg to save money on my bill

If they're ready to flower, the sun will give them enough light without any help. No indoor lighting is required, and will actually prevent your plants from flowering. They only need approximately 12 hours of light at this point.

yea i know, but there only 30 days old i wan`t them to get bigger by reverting back to veg, and put them outside all day and inside all night so i can save money on my bill
