Outdoor Afghan Question

Hello to you all. Ive been growing 3 afghan kush plants outside for about 3 months now and they're about 4 feet high and very bushy. Yea you can say that there nice .
I live in a very dry, hot, desert type of place and i wanna know when should they be flowering?

In the US they will start around early august.

Climate (temp, weather, etc.) doesn't matter, marijuana flowers due to decreasing light hours (photoperiod).
