outdoor 4 inch babies drooping

I have two outdoor plants going that are about 3-4 inches and in the last 2 days the leaves have started to droop i water every 2-3 days so i dont think im over watering. what could some problems be?

did you grow them from seed? clones? 2-3 days might be to often is the soil dry 1 inch down when you water?do you have them in pots? we need MORE info to help you.
