Out of town when it's time to harvest/cure

Hey guys and gals,
I have my first grow (one and only plant) that I've been told should be ready for harvest next weekend. I will be out of town for about 10 days so what should I do. Harvest early? And what about curing?
Please help. Thanks so much for info.

just harvest when you get back if you can keep it fed,after 10 days it might be to dry, it would at my house.
