Hello my brothers in CO. Please pardon the intrusion and my ignorance but are concentrates legal there? Can an out of state visitor legally get this?

If you're 21+ you can purchase concentrates at recreational dispensaries.

All over the USA, based in Colorado.

The high CBD stuff will be harder to find so very smart idea to research ahead.
