Our Case is really pretty simple

Let the patient grow what he/she needs. I believe (hope) with the new rules, Rec users will be allowed a small number of plants for personal use anyway...medical grows won't be 'evil' any more to the public. They can put hefty penalties on selling medical grown weed to rec users to protect the tax regime. No different than smokes & booze. My worry is too many under-informed out-of-touch talking heads are gonna drag it on by making it way too complicated. It's not rocket science.....

Nah...the patient/rec user division needs to go. If anyone can grow what they need..or want. Theres no need for a doorman (aka doctors/HC) Thats better for everyone IMO..

That would be nice, but it won't happen imo. They will limit plant counts for rec to protect the tax revenue. Medical patients need more than 6 plants or whatever the number is, so that is where the division is. We are not going to get legal weed without governments getting a cut.

i know my wife would need more than 6 plants
they don't count crop failure though. if you had a crop go bad, how can you replace it? you need to grow a few more next time to stock up so you have a reserve.
let us grow what we need when we need it and that can be that.

I will NEVER pay tax on mj...I can not square in my head how something that has been unregulated and uncontrolled for decades and directly harmed no one, is going to be put into a box and doled out to me like I'm buying a case of beer....why should I pay tax on something I can throw into a pot and chop down in 6 months? Already taxed on lights, dirt, amendments....they can all fuck right off...why do you guys want to pay more fucking taxes...geez....

I don't disagree
Just playing devils advocate.
I think as mature responsible people we should be allowed to grow as many as we want. Wherever you want however you want.

However the only thing that matters less than what I think is what I want.
Absolutely...

That's what amount in storage is about...
