other than low rider what plants stay short sativa or indica?

indicas are the short strains, sativas just keep growing and growing, northern lights is the plant for you 125cm max if grown right.

indica are short strains ? weird .... i know a guy in my area with purple indica plants that are 6 feet tall

The sooner you start flowering the shorter they're gonna be.

You could grow any plant to 20 foot if you did it right, you can also grow any plant to 1 foot if you do it right.

True but I think what the OP is looking for is what strains are more friendly to topping and LST.
