Organic top dressing.

Hey guys plants are in pretty small pots, but want them to stay in there a bit longer. Do not want to take compost tea to grow site. Could I make an organic top dressing? I need one that is higher in nitrogen, for good green veg growth....

I was thinking a 3 part mixture for the base...

1 part sheep manure
1 part EWC
1 part perlite

then for added nutrients...

1tbs alfalfa meal
1tsp blood meal
1tsp bone meal
1tsp kelp meal

Then after this is mixed, top dress and water.

Unless you have a means of keeping critters away i would advise againt blood or bone meal. Draws them in like magnets. Epsomas Plant-Tone(5-3-3) for veg and Garden-Tone(3-4-4) for flower is a great top dressing duo. Very effective at a rate of about 1 tablespoon per sq ft of ground applied every 3 or 4 weeks depending. Dont go wild with it at first because you can burn your plants a bit with it...
