Organic nutrients for soil help ?

This is my first serious attempt at an indoor grow and everything has gone pretty smoothly so far. I'm using a 250W MH bulb and a fan for circulation (attached it to a cooler to help draw the cooler air from outside of the closet) that keeps it between 79-81F and 45% humidity. I noticed about a week and a half ago that there was yellow spotting on some of the leaves and have since looked at a couple of nutrient guides to find that it might be because of N and/or K deficiency. I decided to go with organic nutrients and got Bone Meal (12-0-0) and Sulfate of Potash (0-0-50) to try to fix this problem. I read in the nutrient guide that ~10-7-8 is the desired nutrient %s for vegg growth so I attempted to make a similar ratio in my mix. I ended up going with 5 tablespoons of the bone meal and 1 tablespoon of the sulfate of potash in a 2.63L(~1Gal) container that was then filled with water. I split about half of the mix between my two plants and then finished with just filtered water until it was soaked through. I was curious if anyone had experience with bone meal and or sulfate of potash that could give some idea if i'm using enough or too much for this mix. Oh and I unfortunately used MG moisture control soil...

You plants look pretty good still. Follow subcools soil mix recipe for growing this eliminates all the problems when growing. Just type in Subcools super soil mix in google. For your grow i'd say your soil's nutes level is running low and are you checking your ph level of your water to 6.5. you might have a lockout starting or a deficiency due to lack of nutes. You could transplant to a bigger pot with some organic composted soil with bone meal mixed in and some guano. Your plants are getting bigger and will require these nutes to finish out properly. If your keeping them in them same pots i'd start giving them something like a gauno tea with worm castings and mollases. Or something like Gh flora series nutes with some cal/mag/liquid kelp. How long are you vegging for in them pots?

I have had them in vegg for about a month and am planning on transplanting to larger pots with a good soil sometime in the next 2-3 weeks before i start the flowering. I haven't been checking the ph of the water (its just filtered tap) but the ph of the soil is in the 6.5-7 range.
