organic growing and using worms

Has anyone done it?. I work in a restaurant and getting food for the worms would be easy. But what effect would liquid organic nutrients have on worms? If at all any? Of course I would still need to use nutrients for the plants as worms take abit to digest food etc. But I could never find any information on the effect of nutrients and worms.

Just give it a go and see what happens, worst thing that could happen is the worms die. I might give it a go and see how it goes in my next grow.
