Can organic carrot pulp be used for soil? It's doing good so far, but the carrot pulp is starting to stink a bit like old lady farts. And it's only the 2nd week.

its been a week and its still the same color as a normal carrot, and the smell is going down too. i did this because it seemed like a good idea...
