Organic Air Filter?

Just a quick question here.
This filter is said to remove unwanted dust particles, mold bugs but would an Organic Air Filter filled with charcoal eliminate odor?

It's just important that the odor is reduced.

I'm sure it would do a good job helping her breathe though.

its just activated charcoal on exhaust fan. Organic?

Organic is the name of it. idk why.

But there are carbon and charcoal filters. This one is charcoal- I was wondering if it helps with odor.

Yes..on the exhaust.
