Ordering from Irish Seed Bank

I'm trying to figure out how to order from this seed bank. They apparently ship worldwide for free, but when I view the drop down of county destinations I only see US Virgins Islands and US Minor Outlying Islands. I need US states. Has anyone ordered from this seed bank?

why dont you go with somebody reputable?
i know.a bank in the us, called d&r genetics, they ship free and throw in freebies

Unfortunately we do not ship to the USA at this time. Our friends at Expert Seeds (www.expertseedbank.com) have begun shipping to the USA. They are a very reputable seed bank and carry a lot of the other seed banks we carry. I highly recommend them. Also check out their Facebook for an awesome competition they are running this month.

I am conflicted with the expert seed bank because the website looks exactly like the Irish Seed Bank site. It's just the prices are higher. I'm not going to dismiss this bank simply because it's not a known bank. http://www.seedbankreview.com/irish-seedbank/
