Opps I over feed and now rinsed and clean water added. Should I....? 1st time grower

Opps I over feed last feeding(Was going for a heavy feed but over did it). I water changed over half th water and let the week run. I have since washed and placed clean water with no feeds. I let run for a few and drop the water again and added clean once more for a good rinse. Few days have gone by. I have not added any feed as of yet. Just clean water in the res. After a few days of clean water after a over feed should I keep water alone for a few more days? Or should I add feed back just a small bit or normal?

Look at your plant, what is it telling you it needs? Did it react to the heavy feed? How did it react? How did the plant react to your addition of straight water? After a heavy feed go light anyways, but you rinsed your plant so there is no trace of heavy since you flushed right away they shouldnt have stuck. Go light you should be fine. It also depends on what your adding for nutes....

if you are certain you fed too much, flush with some reg water. last thing you want is to wake up one morning to find 2/3 of the leaves clawing and dying on you
