no* and you need a scale. I would not suggest getting it unless you get a scale or get it hold on to it till you can get a scale. seeing as how you are asking this I would say you shouldn't even consider getting it.. but it is up to you.. for the 3rd or so time i have said it get a scale
If you've read up on it and feel it is worth doing then go for it. As long as you have a safe way to dose.
Personally I don't find it to be anything special. B is the clear winner of the class in my book, and really the only one of them worth doing.
As long as you have a decent amount of starting material you can use liquid dilution to accurately weigh small amounts. Say you have a balance accurate to 0.01g, if you have around 100mg of substance you can weigh it and then dilute it to a reasonable concentration with an appropriate solvent. But you need like 10x the dose in starting material.
200mg of any 2C is bad bad bad news. 20mg would be too much for the inexperienced. Don't try more than 10mg for a first time (after an allergy test, let's be risk takers, not suicidal).
