Opened Package from Nirvanna

I received my package from Nirvanna yesterday, but it was opened along 1 side. It looks like a razor or sharp knife was used to open the package. The only thing that was inside was a slip of paper about a free vaporizer. This was for over $120 in seeds too! I am so disgusted I don't know if I should try to order from somewhere else, ship to a different address, etc... I guess a postman opened it??? I've read that if customs got it I would have just gotten a letter or something (I live in the US.)

Has anyone else had this happen recently? Also, I sent Nirvanna an email asking if there is anything they can do. Has anyone ever got them to resend after something like this, or at least give a partial refund?

Thanks!

I could take a picture of how I received it, but yeah, I guess technically I can't "prove" that it was received that way. This really sucks. Anyone have a suggestion? I'm debating ordering from another website and having it shipped to my work, but I'd rather not...

Don't have it shipped to work. And as far as your missing seeds, It was almost certainly stolen by a postal worker who had learned to ID the packages by their look and /or other features like packaging, feel, return address. etc.

Damn man i hate to hear that. If it is a post man, let's hope he runs into a nasty pitbull in his near future.

The clue he mentioned tells me that his shipment was stealthed the same as my BB.There should not have been any cardboard.

nirvana's stealth isn't very stealthy. i'm kinda curious as to why there was an ad in there for a vaporizer. something tells me that a post man randomly coming across such a package would just happen to have a vaporizer ad at hand to stuff in the package.

The only thing there is is that piece of paper, and it is actually referring to "Vaporizers Requested Sample". And I have already looked everywhere inside the rest of the package, even thinking they may have somehow put the seeds inside the bubble wrap.

Now, my big problem is this - if it IS my postman that did it, how the hell am I going to be able to order more? The jerk-off is just going to take the new ones too.

Ask yourself, if the postman or a postal worker deliberately stole the seeds,
why did he deliver the empty envelope? Why not just steal the envelope?
maybe a conveyor belt did it!

The slit in the side looks very exact and straight, like a very sharp knife or razor blade cut it... If it was an accidental cut, I think it would be more jagged on the edges or it wouldn't be as straight. But I guess it's possible. I still haven't heard anything from Nirvanna support (I emailed them yesterday afternoon) but hopefully they will do something. I hate to be out $120 clams for nothing.

lol, have you guys even thought that NIRVANA put that ad in there? of course a seed shop sells smoking items, just another thing they are trying to screw you out of. sorry man, but i dont trust anything over the net unless i see it in front of my eyes or a friend succefully has done something. site like that fuck people over all the time. what are you going to do? call the cops? HELL NO! your growing dank in your house, you want them far away...

you can never be positive, they easily could have made it look like a postal worker, but i find it hard to belive that they knew EXACTLY which one to open to get some marijuana seeds.

At this point, you can't tell whether it is nirvanas fault or not, because you don't know where the seeds went. It could be Nirvana's fault, if they never actually sent seeds or screwed up some how else, or it could not be and someone stole it, or an honest mistake was made.

Nirvana does not pay for that banner.... the seeds are in the corrugated cardboard usually, send them an email on how you did not receive the seeds just an empty package. Seeds are cheap they don't want to loose repeat business.

the fact is the stelth of nirvana is very little to none, there is never a customs declaration. if your package was opened it would have been stamped by the postal service it detected. you will recieve a letter in the mail stating there was a confiscation if this happened. this has only been posted one other time in 10 month however nirvana's protection is very little

Personally I would probably tell them, but not expect a full refund. Just hope the next package was a little more stealthy. I don't expect a company to receive full liability under these kind of circumstances.
