One week old - a couple babies are croaking

I germinated 11 seeds last week. They stayed under the dome for 3 or 4 days, then opened it up and turned a fan on low (from about 5 ft away). Yesterday I noticed that 3 were keeled over!!!

The two on the far right have slumped. I am not using a heating pad. Should I? Is it too late? I have turned the fan off. They have been on 24hr lighting, but I turned the light off last night for 4 hours. Today, I will put a 18hr timer on it.

The one on the far left was bent over yesterday, but it looks much better this morning. That pic was taken this morning. I'm using a very light nute solution, nothing appears burned or stressed.

man move those lights closer and id wait on the nutes, seem young to be startin nutes just yet, also might wanna get a couple more lights on 2ftr for 11 plants isn't enough

definatly man, u need them lights hell of a lot closer, they stretchin 4 the light. if ur using floros, then they dnt give off much heat and u can get em within a couple of inches. looks like a nice setup man.gl wi the grow

Okay, I'll move the light a little closer. But what about the heating pad? Should I bother with it now?

deff. move the light closer, turn the fan off and dont use nutes till 4 weeks old make sure the medium stays moist
