dudes an idiot, prolly the electric company that would tip the cops first, I mean even if yu "bypass" the meter to not pay it still regesters on the grid lol

Wow, I think that was clever! Growing that amount of weed on his basement. He's a bit of an idiot though for stealing water and electricity. I mean, he is going to be rich anyway so why won't he just pay the water and electric bill like a good boy?
