One plant closet room help

Sup guys, I am looking into starting a grow room in my closet and I just want to start with one plant to start with. What is the simpliest way to do this and how much money and I looking at. I live in a mobile home and will be using the closet in my bedroom. Any help or info will be much appreciated.

start with at least three, there is a 50/50 chance of a female.

You might as well grow it on your Kitchen window sill.
Mobil homes are the worst places to grow weed.
No matter what you do, that entire mobil home will smell like weed.

I have had friends who have tried and failed.
The only way I can see it work if you:
Seal off that closet completely and still be able to have an intake and exhaust. Your exhaust would have to vent through the roof.
Hopefully your not living next to nosey neighbors, cuz they'll smell it when it reaches weeks 4-5 of flowering.

Not in a mobil home.....
The walls are way too thin, and when they slap those things together I swear they just use masking tape and cardboard.
If someone farted in the back bedroom, you'd smell it in the kitchen.

If you don't believe me......
Grow it and find out for yourself.
But to buy all that anti-smell equipment for just 1 plant would be a waste
of time and money.
You'll end up spending hundreds of dollars on 1 plant that might give you an ounce of weed.
Save the money and risk, and just buy it off the street.
