One plant.. 2 different flowering stages

I have Do-Si-Dos-Zkittlez from seed growing outdoor.
Can anyone tell me why A few branches are way behind on flowering then the rest of the plants??

Are you using a high nitro nute? Seems as some other of your branches stop stretching and put production into bud while those others continued to try and reach for the sky with a nitro stretch.

Node spacing is tight around same area as bigger bud but seems to stretch after the height of other bud.
