One or two?

That's a good low, you want em to be a little cooler at night. They stall at 57 or below so keep the space at 60+ and you should be good for night temps. 80 with the lights on is good.

In the past I've grown plants that caught powdery mildew. I think I read some posts saying PM is due to a humidity spike. Other posts say PM needs humidity below 30%.

I think when my temps plummet to low 60's the humidity drops into the high 30's. Then when the lights come back on the humidity spikes back into the 50's. So I'm trying to also level-out humidity with the heater.

Since I started using the heater I'm not going to turn it off and tempt PM by testing the RH theory.

As the flowers move along in growth you want that humidity going down. Good extraction airflow certainly helps with solid circulation fans keeping the moisture from condensing as much on the plants. A dehumidifier is not a bad idea in the space to actually pull the moisture out vs just warm it up if that's a concern. When the lights go on and water flows back up the roots to the leaves is when is when the plant is pumping out some of the moisture into the air.

Moisture flow is pretty good with the tent flaps open. The furnace dehumidifies the whole house. But will keep track of the numbers for a few more days.

I've got three oscillating fans in there so that should be good for air movement.

Although I know there is some kind of problem with the electrical in this place. When the two lights are on, about 800watts, and the three oscillating fans, I think the oscillating fans run slower. Then when the two lights time-off, the fans speed up. It's weird. I have the camera and heater on a different extension cord going to a different circuit.

Another thing is over time I had one magnetic ballast burn-up, literally, and two digital ballasts meltdown.

And another time I rented a piece of equipment that needed a 20 amp circuit. I looked at the circuit panel and it has 20 amp circuits... but I couldn't get the equipment to run. It ran at the store but here it started to turn, a floor sander, then popped the circuit.

i know its hard to explain to an electrician your situation but maybe you should have someone take a look at that because electrical fires doesnt sound very fun

I had a new CA installed and asked the guy about the electric. He looked at the panel and said it was fine. The funny part is I had the tent in the basement and I don't think he knew what it was/or just didn't ask. I took down all the venting, and concealed the tent as best I could.

Thursday check:

The high temp was 80.6°F and low temp was 69.2°F.

The high humidity was 63% and low humidity was 31%.

Opened another flap.

Today is week three from flip.

I'm using the new GH trio schedule and started with "Week 1 Flowering" yesterday.... eight weeks +/- to go. I may stake and tie these in the next day or two. I'm expecting big kaleidoscope-like looking buds.

I've got eight little plants under two 18" florus... I need another light!
